Extra and oversized baggage
Extra Baggage Allowance can be paid for in advance through Manage My Bookings.
If you turn up to the Check-In counter or boarding gate with Oversized Baggage that hasn't been paid for yet, then you will have to pay the extra charge via Credit Card.
NOTES:
*1. Wheelchairs and crutches carried by disabled people are free of charge
*2. For the normal free baggage allowance, check out each of the respective Travelling Classes
*3. Extra baggage will have same limits (both size and weight) as those of a normal checked bag in the respective Travelling Class
*4. Oversized bags will not be accepted onboard, and must be sent as Austin's Airways Cargo/ Freight.
*5. Infants not occupying a proper seat will have no baggage allowance. This includes infants in infant cots onboard
*6. Kids/ Teens occupying a seat will have the same baggage allowance as Adults.
*7. Extra baggage charges may vary when flying on codeshare/connecting/Partner Airlines/oneworld flights
Passengers requiring special aids or services
If you need any extra aid or services, such as wheelchairs or clutches, or if you need to travel with special medicines or life-supporting machines such as oxygen canisters, then please contact us at least 2 days before the scheduled departure.

Travelling with infants
Flying with a baby doesn’t need to be stressful, even if it’s just you and your little one. Our cabin crew will be on hand to help throughout your flight.
- Baby Cots are installed near some bulkhead seats (max weight 10 kg)
- Baby Meals are available as Special Meals
- Milk warming facilities available at Airport Lounges and onboard
- Blankets and soft cuddly toys for your baby onboard

Travelling with kids
Upon boarding, our cabin crew will present children with toy packs, filled with gifts, games and activities for them to stay entertained.
Furthermore, our in-flight entertainment system also has a dedicated Kids Zone with contents, including movies and games, designed for children.

Unaccompanied Teen Travel
Unaccompanied minors travelling alone must book at least 12 hours before the scheduled departure time.
During your journey, our cabin crew will look after you through immigrations and customs, in our lounges, will see that you have an enjoyable flight before accompanying you through your arrival city. They will also wait for your legal parents/ guardians to authorize your arrival.
Travelling with pets
You can now fly with your pets on any Austin's Airways flights, and they will be travelling in the 'pets' cabin.
