Austin's Airways today introduced all-new services to elevate the flying experience. Flagship First and Business Class now offers a turndown service, where the seat will transform into a fully flat bed complete with premium duvet and pillows. Enjoy a bottle of water before turning in for the night, and filter out disturbances with Do Not Disturb Mode.

Currently, two planes are configured with Premium Economy Max and Premium Economy R, offering passengers more choices than ever.

Here's what we announced:

• Version 1.3.0 of the Austin's Airways App, bringing you a unified Profile that requires no sign up; you can log in using Face ID/ Touch ID. This update also includes Austin's Support, a new place to contact us or get help for all things Austin's Airways.
• 6 new aircrafts joined our fleet, opening more possibilities and increasing efficiency. We also shared the performance of different aircraft families in our fleet, and discussed our future fleet plans going forward.
• An update on our environmental initiatives. With 81% of our operations now powered by renewable energy, every flight fuelled with a new special Austin's Airways developed blend of fuel, more water savings in all facilities, and a renewed take on sustainable dining, Austin's Airways is leading the way to a sustainable future.

• Introducing a new Around the World tier - the highest and most prestigious yet - Diamond X. Diamond X members can enjoy the absolute widest and best selection of upgrades and perks everywhere they go, whether its at the airport or one of our Partner companies.
• Anyone can now easily transfer points with other members - perfect for family sharing, or when you just need a few more points for a transaction.
• Revamped options to spend points, giving you even more options than ever to reward yourself.  This huge increase covers all areas, from upgrades to redeeming the widest selection of gifts.

Other Updates

• FlyOS 3, our most powerful IFE OS ever, will be available to all passengers on all flights in all Travelling Classes from 21 September, 2018. We can't wait for you to be able to try out our best release yet! VR Hub in FlyOS 3 and VR headsets will also be available to all Flagship First passengers from 21 September 2018. It will be rolled out to other passengers later on.
• The Austin's Airways store, our brand new duty free shopping experience will commence from 21 September 2018. It brings a completely new and intuitive way to shop inflight.
