Coronavirus updates

We are back.

It's time to reboot the economy. And flights. And the lives that we once had.

After nearly a two year hiatus in the aviation industry, it's now time to reboot the economy and regain our lives back. As restrictions ease in many countries around the world, we are re-adding flights to and from our secondary hubs of London LHR and Sydney.

Re-book, re-route, change, postpone, or cancel flights and itinerary in Manage My Bookings.

What do I do if my flight is cancelled?

If your flight is cancelled, we will proactively contact you. You can rebook, reroute, or cancel your ticket and get a full refund with all service or processing fees waived. You can do all these in Manage My Bookings.

You can also check the status of all flights in Flight Status.

Your upcoming trips

If your flight has not been cancelled, you can still change your itinerary at no extra costs and all processing fees will be waived (but you will have to pay for the fare difference).

Booking trips now

Before you book a flight, check the local entry requirements through government websites. Some countries continue to be closed to foreign visitors and only allow citizens to return, while others have imposed mandatory quarantine which may put off your travel plans.

You can continue to book flights and trips as normal. Flights that have been cancelled will not show up in searches. We know this pandemic is fast-changing, and evolving in new ways everyday, so any trips booked now through till 30 September 2022 can be changed or rerouted at no extra costs for an unlimited number of times, but you must fly within 1 year from the date of purchase. However, keep in mind that you will have to pay any differences in ticket price when you rebook your trip.

This unlimited, free change policy was introduced as a temporary relief measure at the beginning of the pandemic. After 30 September 2022, it will cease and all tickets will revert back to their original conditions.

I need extra help and support for my bookings

You can make most changes to your itinerary in Manage My Bookings or through the Austin's Airways App.

However, we know that sometimes you just want to talk to a real person who can swiftly address your requests and concerns. Head to Austin's Airways Support to initiate a call or chat to a real Austin's Airways person.

Will I experience different services?

We know how much Austin's Airways passengers value our world-class services. Although we have made some slight modifications to our onboard service and have temporarily closed Austin's Airways Lounges in cities where we have suspended flights to, we continue to offer nearly the same great service as before. This includes continuing to offer delicious hot meals on every flight in every Travelling Class, handing out the same luxurious amenity kits, Turndown Service, duvets and pillows, and headphones.
