About Austin's Airways

About

Austin's Airways is a premium, global airline based in Hong Kong with secondary hubs in London, Sydney and New York, with an extensive international route network. Ever since Austin's Airways started flying, a series of ambitious operations has grown and spread its wings in every aspect of travel, tourism and commerce to propel Austin's Airways forward to become the strongest leading international airline.

Austin's Airways operates one of the youngest fleets in the skies, comprised of cutting edge aircrafts. Austin's Airways continues to strive to be the best airline, building an excellent reputation with lots of distinguished awards in exceptional operations, service, comfort, reliability, engineering, innovation, safety and brand.

Austin's Airways works in tandem with The Austin's Group.

From inception to the world's most successful company.

The history of Austin's Airways was certainly fast paced. Our story officially started in 2013, when our first aircraft, a B717, took flight. Just a year after our first B717 flight, we took delivery of 2 B747-400, a milestone for a then still relatively young airline. We soon took delivery of more aircrafts, such as more B747-400s, A330 and B777, and grew our international network. At the same time, we also started cargo services with a converted A320. In 2014, we reached yet another milestone with the introduction of our B787-9 Dreamliners and A380s. These went on to become one of the most successful and popular aircrafts of all times, with exceptional efficiency and comfort. They allowed us to further expand our fleet and route network, and soon became an expansion driving force.

An unwavering commitment to safety.

At Austin's Airways, we take passenger and crew safety in paramount consideration, so sit back and relax, knowing that you will enjoy a safe flight.

We pride ourselves with the most stringent safety measures, as well as intensive crew training, and exceptional maintenance on our aircraft fleet, which are already one of the youngest in the skies.

We strive to create experiences that are the best in the world and the best for the world. And we continue to make progress toward our environmental priorities. Like powering all Austin's Airways facilities worldwide with 80% renewable energy. Creating the next innovation in aircraft fuel blends that are more pure and emit less harmful emissions. And leading the industry in sustainably sourcing ingredients for meals in our Airport Lounges and onboard. In every experience we deliver, in every innovation we create, we are committed to a better planet.

A new era of energy

81%

renewable energy

81% of all the energy used to power our facilities worldwide, including as data centers, ground offices, and Airport Lounges, come from renewable sources.

The Austin's Group has innovative solar farms, geothermal energy, wind turbines, and hydro power in nearly every continent.

A new type of pure fuel

Every Austin's Airways flight operates on the cleanest and most pure fuel that emit less pollutants than convention ones.

Water smart

60%

more water saving taps on the ground

35%

more water saving taps in the air

We hold ourselves accountable for the water we use, whether it's at our headquarters, Airport Lounges, and onboard. We’re constantly seeking ways to conserve water and discharge wastewater safely.

At our own facilities, ground offices, and Airport Lounges we've installed sophisticated sensor and control devices in our facilities to conserve water. For example, the innovative water taps now save up to 60% more water than traditional ones. On-board, we fit our most of our aircrafts with the latest water saving automatic taps that can save 35% more water; and we use compression flush onboard which eliminates the use of water.

Partner Airlines

More Partner Airlines are continuously added over time

We are committed to ensuring extensive connectivity, convenience and travel benefits for our passengers. Our current Partner Airlines program already allow Austin's Airways passengers to enjoy an extensive array of privileges. We will soon be significantly expanding our Partner Airlines program, by cooperating with more airlines from different continents, offering more reciprocal benefits, and more.
